Villas Rates

Minimum Night Stay: 4 night minimum Summer (Value), 5 night minimum Winter (High) and 7 night minimum Holiday. Tax: 19%

• All prices quoted are in USD.
• Add 19% (16% IVA +3% Bed) Mexican Hotel Tax.
• Special 1-2 bedroom rates are available during the Value Season only. Please inquire regarding rates and availability.
• Rates include the service of housekeeper, cook and English speaking host. Cost of food and beverages is not included.
• Vida Sol accommodates 10 people, Vida Mar accommodates 8 people and Vida Alta accommodates 6 people.
• Vida Alta and Vita Sol can be combined to accommodate 16 people. Vida Sol and Vida Mar can be combined to accommodate 18 people. All 3 villas can be combined to create your own private compound and can accommodate 24 people. If you require sleeping accommodations for more than 24 people, additional rooms are available at our adjoining sister property, Quinta Maria Cortez. • Payments: Casa Tres Vidas requires a 50% deposit due at time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and 90 days prior to arrival for holiday bookings.
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: Upon cancellation, deposits are refundable only if he reserved space can be re-booked for the exact same dates minus a $200 service fee. No credits or refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures.
• Minimum Night Stay: 5 nights during the High Season and Christmas / 3 nights during the Value Season.
• Group Bookings: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Final Payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits and final payments are non-refundable including cancellations and no-shows. No credit can be given for late arrivals or early departures.
